How long does shipping take?
All orders are sent with DPD, they deliver most orders next day but please allow up to 3 days for delivery. We only ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays, which aim to be delivered on Tuesday and Friday. Orders before midnight Saturday will be shipped Monday and orders places before midnight Tuesday will be shipped on Thursday. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays). Please note there may be delays in postage/delivery due to Covid-19.
Unfortunetly, due to the nature and fragility of our products we are unable to ship internationally. Sorry for the inconvenience.
What if the recipient isn't home?
Please make sure that someone is home or available at the delivery address at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, I take no responsibility in the delay or spoiling of items if they are unable to be delivered. Upon shipping you will receive a tracking number and text updates (if a mobile number is provided), you can use this to select a safe place or alternative address if nobody is home during the 1-hour delivery time slot provided by DPD.
When will my order be shipped?

All of our brownies have a shelf life of up to 7 days, our brownies arrive in airtight packaging to make sure they are fresh on delivery. Once opened please keep in an airtight container, in the fridge to avoid drying out. Our brownies can also be frozen for up to 3 months, to keep them from drying out, we recommend wrapping them tightly. When they are ready to be eaten, leave them to defrost at room temperature, we love popping them in the oven and serving them warm for an extra gooey treat!
Our donuts have a shelf life of up to 5 days, we ship all of our donuts in greaseproof paper to ensure them arrive fresh on delivery. We recommend keeping the donuts in an airtight container, in a cool dark place. During hotter periods, some of our more chocolate based donuts maybe melt during transit, not to worry, pop them in the fridge after delivery to allow the chocolate to set and enjoy at room temperature.
All of cookies have a shelf life of up to 7 days. Please keep them in an airtight container, in a cool, dark place. Why not enjoy one of our cookies warm? Pop them in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees to allow the chocolate and cookies to melt, its just like when they were first baked!
Round Cakes & Cupcakes
Our round cakes and cupcakes are best kept in the fridge, we recommend removing the cake 1 hour prior to serving to allow it to come to room temperature. Once cut, keep in an airtight container in the fridge, for up to 5 days.
How does collection work?
Ordering a cake for collection? No problem. For some of our cakes we are unable to send them as they are too delicate to ship. If you would like to collect your cakes please select the collection option at checkout and email us to arrange a collection date and time. We are currently at the kitchen on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays however, we are can occasionally arrange collection outside of these days. We are based in Leyton, East London.
Local London delivery?
We are currently able to deliver to local postcodes in London. Feel free to input your postcode at checkout to see if we deliver to your area. If you are just outside our delivery radius feel free to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do. We currently only deliver round cakes and cupcakes locally.
How much is local delivery?
Local delivery costs can vary depending on your area, a quote will be provided at checkout for delivery. Our minimum delivery cost is £5.
What time will my order be delivered?
All of our orders will be delivered between 12pm-6pm, we are unable to provide a more accurate delivery time frame as we delivery everything personally. If you require a more specific time slot please feel free to email and we will see what we can do.
What if nobody is home?
Please ensure that someone is home at the time of delivery. If nobody is home at the time of delivery your order will be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, we are not responsible for orders once they are delivered if not handed straight to the recipient. Please contact us if you know someone will not be able to accept the order and we can arrange a safe place or alternative address for your order to be left.

Do you offer gluten free?
We do! If you require a gluten free cake, feel free to leave a note with your order. Please be aware we are not a 100% gluten free bakery and as such we use gluten flours in our kitchen, we try our best to prevent cross contamination however, this cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to make our donuts or cookies gluten free however, we do offer gluten free brownies and round cakes/cupcakes.
Do you use nuts?
We use a wide range of nuts in our kitchen including cashews, pistachios, hazelnuts, walnuts and almonds. We do our best to prevent cross contamination however, this cannot be guaranteed. If you have a severe nut allergy please be advised this is not a nut free kitchen, we suggest leaving a note at checkout specifying any allergies you may have.

Can I cancel my order?
For advance or London contactless delivery order, I will happily refund/cancel as long as you contact me 48hours prior to delivery/dispatch. Regrettably, I am unable to refund cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to delivery day. Please make sure to read our shipping/ordering policies carefully to avoid disappointment.
Is everything vegan?
Yes! Everything we make is made using 100% plant based ingredients, that are vegan and sustainably sourced. Some of the items we use were produced in external factories that handle eggs and dairy but are 100% vegan.

How will my order be packaged?
All of our bakes are wrapped in airtight packaging to ensure they arrive as fresh as possible on your doorstep. We take the utmost care when it comes to packaging your order and only use the most environmentally friendly supplies. All of our stickers, gift cards and note cards are printed using 100% vegan ink and are produced using cornstarch or 100% recycled materials. We currently use 100% recyclable boxes produced with recycled paper and cardboard and they are wrapped using eco friendly paper tape/100% biodegradable mailing bags.
